MSORV is a local affiliated society of both the Microscopy Society of America (MSA) and the Microanalysis Society (MAS). MSORV has members throughout Ohio, focusing on the Columbus - Cincinnati - Dayton regions, as well as reaching to Indianapolis, Indiana, and the Northern Kentucky area.

We are continuously striving to build the ties of our regional microscopy community. This community includes professional microscopists in academia, industry and government, commercial microscopy vendors, and students. Our society welcomes and encourages all individuals with an interest in any form of microscopy, to join MSORV and participate in our semi-annual meetings.
